Our
state-of-the-art fabrication facility
|
|
In 1957 Frank
Johnson bought J. T. Cullen from John Cullen. Cullen had operated
a boiler works in the building located in Northwest Illinois.
After Johnson bought the building, he expanded the product line
to include Custom Metal Fabrication. Since that time, the building
has been modernized and upgraded several times but the business
continued to outgrow the facility. In the early to mid 1980's
the business expanded into two Iowa facilities, a fabrication
shop in Clinton and a machine shop in Camanche.
| In
the '90's, the still growing J. T. Cullen has merged all three
companies under one roof. We built a new 122,000 sq foot,
state-of-the-art facility in Fulton, Illinois. At the same
time, numerous equipment improvements were made including
new cranes, ironworkers, a paint booth and structural blasting
equipment. |

| The
future of J. T. Cullen has never looked brighter. With the
experience of our employees, commitment to quality with our
ISO 9001 certification and constant capital improvements we
will continue to strive to be simply - the best. |
